ABSTRACT Introduction: Soccer players are athletes who need to develop advanced characteristics of strength and speed. The resistance training the muscles involved in core is a new theory applicable modern sports that gaining prominence due its amazing results. It great value for researchers integrate strengths strengthening into soccer training, improve their protocols, compensate limitations. Objective: This study aimed analyze relationship between physical conditioning players. At same time, this article discusses influence muscle on athletes’ performance. Methods: selects as research subjects. Volunteers were randomly divided two groups (control experimental groups). group received while control daily training. paper analyzed volunteers. Then, conducts statistical mathematical analysis level data athletes. Results: showed significant differences bilateral hip ankle joint flexors after (P<0.01). relative peak moment flexion extension left was lower than right hip, factor justified by predominant motor laterality principle knee joints greater right. Both better extensors (knee toe flexors). very significantly different Conclusion: Muscular endurance can help Athletes reinforce Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
